General terms and conditions

1. Definitions

  • Zochers: the landlord of meeting and practice rooms.

  • Tenant: the independent coach, therapist, mediator or other professional who rents a space.

  • Client: the tenant's visitor.

2. Applicability
 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements between Zochers and the renter.

3. Reservation and payment

  • Reservations are made via the online booking system or by direct appointment.

  • Payment takes place in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Reservations are only final after confirmation by Zochers.

4. Cancellation

  • Cancellation (by both tenant and landlord) is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation. This can be done via the online booking system that is used by Zochers and that the tenant has access to. If it is not possible for the tenant to cancel a reservation made in time via the booking system, this can also be done in writing by e-mail.
  • In case of cancellation after this period or in the event of a no-show, the full rental amount will be charged.

5. Use of the spaces

  • The tenant only uses the space for conversations, treatments or activities as agreed.

  • It is not allowed to sublease the space or use it for other purposes.

  • The tenant is responsible for leaving the space tidy.

6. Liability and damage

  • Zochers is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the property of tenants or their clients.

  • The tenant is liable for damage to the space, furniture or inventory that occurs during use.

  • Zochers is not responsible for the quality or content of the services that tenants provide to their clients.
  • An access code provided to the tenant is for the tenant's use only and may not be given to the client or third parties.

7. Facilities

  • Zochers provides the space and existing facilities (such as chairs, tables, treatment table, screen, outdoor area) as they are.

  • Technical faults or inconveniences are resolved as quickly as possible, but do not entitle the tenant to a refund or compensation.

8. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in the areas.

  • Noise and other nuisances for other tenants and neighbours must be avoided.

  • The use of the outdoor space must be done with respect for the environment.

9. Privacy and Data
 Zochers processes personal data of tenants in accordance with the privacy statement.


10. Applicable law
 This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
