The canal room is an intimate, bright space at the rear of the building with a view of the park and the Hugo de Grootgracht. It is furnished with comfortable armchairs for 3 people. Ideal for coaching, 1 on 1 conversations, mediation and (EMDR) therapy. A mobile treatment table is available for massages or body-oriented treatments.

Garden Room
The garden room is the largest room and has a seating area for 3 people, a spacious table for 6 people and has access to a private waterfront terrace. The room is also equipped with a screen for presentations and online meetings. Ideal for meetings, workshops and small team sessions. But also for 1 on 1 sessions, coaching, therapy, mediation or consultation.

You can find Zochers in the Bilderdijkpark. Walk into the park at house number 4 and you will see a large white building right in front of you. Behind the park's largest tree is our front door at number 4A. So far!
You can easily reserve online via our booking system. After confirmation, you will receive an email with all the details.
Yes, you can. Do you want to use a space more often, for example on a fixed day or part of the week? Then contact Harmen for the options.
The price depends on the space and duration of the reservation. All current rates are listed excluding VAT and can be found on the website in the reservation section. You don't have to pay for each individual booking immediately. After all, you will receive a collective invoice afterwards (as of the first of the next month) for the bookings you have made, which is so easy! The invoice clearly specifies when you made which booking.
You can change or cancel a booking made free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. To do this, you can log into your Easymeeting account. You will then see the bookings that can still be changed or canceled and can easily change them yourself. It is not possible to change a booking less than 24 hours in advance. In the event of a possible cancellation by phone or email within 24 hours in advance or in the event of a 'no-show' on the day itself, the full amount of the booking will also be charged.
Yes, that's allowed. We do ask you to leave the space clean and tidy.
All the equipment is available in the podcast room to easily (plug & play) record your own podcast yourself.
If you want (more) support, that's possible. For example, editing, music, video recording, etc. Contact Wouter and he will inform you about the options and the additional costs.
Yes, we offer a free tour so you can experience the atmosphere and facilities of the spaces at Zochers before you rent. Please contact Harmen for this.
Yes, in addition to facilities for 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 conversations, we have a space (the Garden Room) that is suitable for small team sessions or meetings for up to 6 people.
Yes, there is a treatment table in the Canal Room. You can use it for massages or other body-oriented treatments. A fitted sheet, towels and other materials are not provided. If you wish, you can bring these yourself.
If you book a space flexibly with Zochers, you can only use the space and all associated facilities for the booked time. Do you want to use a space more often, for example on a fixed day or part of the week? Then contact Harmen for the options.
All Zochers spaces are located on the ground floor and are easily accessible to people with walking difficulties. However, there are a few doors that are less accessible with a wheelchair. If you have any questions or special wishes, please contact us and we will look at the options together.
Zochers has a waiting area, pantry (with free coffee, tea and water) and toilet. Each room has fast WiFi and a flipchart with paper and markers. The Garden Room has a meeting option for 6 people including a screen for presentations or online meetings. The Garden Room also has access to the garden with a canal terrace. There are numerous lunch and dining options in the vicinity of the Bilderdijkpark. There is also an AH for sandwiches and other refreshments.
Zochers offers privacy and peace, but is not liable for loss or theft of personal property. Therefore, do not leave valuables unattended.
