How does it work?
At Zochers, we like to make it easy to book a space. Whether you're a coach, therapist, or other practitioner, you can schedule your session in a few minutes.
Rent on a fixed basis
Do you want to rent a space on a fixed basis (for example a fixed day, or half a day per week)? No problem.
By renting on a fixed basis you can be sure that the space is available for you and you don't have to book separately every time. You will receive an agreement that can be canceled monthly, so you remain flexible if your circumstances change. You will receive a monthly invoice and take advantage of a discount on the regular rate.

Rent flexibly
You can easily book a space at Zochers on a flexible basis. This is done through our partner "Het Coachhuis".
Are you a member of Het Coachhuis already? Then you can reserve a room right away and you will receive the booking details by email from Het Coachhuis.

Select date and time slot
Use the online calendar in the reservation module of Het Coachhuis to easily select your desired date and time slot. You will then see the available spaces at Zochers. Take into account your preparation time and completion. So don't book too tight. Before or after your session, someone else may also want to use the space.
Log in on your Het Coachhuis account
Log in with your account on the website of Het Coachhuis. Not a member yet and want to make a reservation right away? No problem. Check here how to become a member.
Reservation confirmation
After you have completed your reservation, you will immediately receive confirmation from Het Coachhuis by email. In the confirmation email, you will also receive information about practical matters such as access to the building, WiFi, use of the pantry and leaving the space behind. The email contains a link to the route description and other practical information that you can send to your client if you wish.
Payment and Invoice
You don't have to pay for each individual booking immediately. After all, you will receive a summary invoice from Het Coachhuis afterwards (as of the first of the next month) for the bookings you have made, which is so easy! The invoice clearly specifies when you made which booking. Bookings canceled in time (up to 24 hours in advance) will not be charged.
Arriving at the location
The confirmation email contains a link to the route description on the website and information about access to the property. Please note that access to the meeting rooms is only possible from the time you have booked. Before that, you may be able to accommodate your client in the waiting area.

Zochers is a pleasant, small-scale location with all the necessary facilities for you and your clients.
Peace and privacy
All rooms are pleasantly furnished and offer comfort and privacy with a view of a green and peaceful environment. Each room has a comfortable seat for 3 people with a carafe of water and tissues. Very suitable for conducting coaching interviews and providing therapy, treatments or mediation.
Pleasant reception
You can inform your client in advance with the practical visitor information on the website. Upon arrival, you can take a seat in the waiting area. A welcome screen states (if you want) what time your client is in which room the appointment is. There is the possibility to have a cup of coffee or tea or use the toilet.
Pantry and sanitary facilities
Use of coffee, tea and water is included in the price. The pantry has a Nespresso machine with various types of coffee cups and a wide range of Clipper tea. The used cups and glasses can be placed in the dishwasher afterwards. There is a toilet in the hall. Cleaning is done daily.
WiFi and flipchart
Each room has fast WiFi and a flipchart. Paper and markers are provided and their use is included in the price.
Garden
The Garden Room offers access to a terrace at the rear of the building with a view of the canal. Ideal for taking a breather or having a conversation. There is a seat for 2 people, possibly expandable with 2 folding chairs.
Monitor
The Garden Room has a screen for giving presentations or online meetings. Just plug it in and get to work.
Mobile treatment table
There is a mobile treatment table in the Canal Room. It is in the cabinet in the room and is easy to install yourself. Ideal for massages, Reiki or other body treatments. Use of the mobile treatment table is included in the price of the Canal Room. After use, it can be placed back in the cabinet. A fitted sheet, towels and other materials are not provided. You can bring these yourself if you wish.
Flexibility comes first
Rent flexibly or permanently, choose what suits you best! Ideal for coaches, therapists, mediators, masseurs and various therapists who (want to) grow structurally with their own practice and also want to remain flexible.
Green environment
The green surroundings of Zochers in Bilderdijk Park contribute to a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Essential for conversations and treatments that require peace and connection. At Zochers, you feel at home.
